Defendant has moved to dismiss the indictment for lack of jurisdiction and, in the alternative, to suppress inculpatory statements on the ground that they were taken in violation of his constitutional fights. At the hearing, the motion as to statements made by the defendant prior to his arrest (noncustodial) was withdrawn. At the same time the motion with respect to a statement made on December 6, *1701972, was denied, as was a Wade motion.
