In this workers' compensation proceeding, Robert Landeros (claimant) seeks review of the final order issued by the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) denying and dismissing his petition to reopen as untimely. We affirm.

Any person who would otherwise be entitled to workers' compensation benefits may not receive and is not entitled to such benefits for any week following conviction during which he or she is confined in a jail, prison, or any Department of Corrections facility. § 8-42-118(1), C.R.S.2008.
