Affirming.
Under a duly enacted ordinance appellant contracted for construction of certain streets, including sections adjacent to property used for common school purposes. Upon completion the proper authorities apportioned the cost, and assessments against the three lots of school property, totalling $6,600. Demand upon appellees for payment was refused.
