Robert Miller began this action pursuant to the provisions of the workmen’s compensation act to recover for certain personal injuries which he alleges he sustained, on or about March 28, 1931, while in the course of his employment as a night watchman by the Central Coal & Coke Company of Omaha. From an award in Miller’s behalf by the compensation commissioner, the company appealed to the district court. The court decreed that the plaintiff should receive $14 a week from and after April 16, 1931, the payments to continue as provided for a total disability under section 48-121, Comp. St. 1929,…
