ROGERS, Circuit Judge.
The complainant is a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Missouri, and its principal place of business is in the city of St. Louis. It filed its bill of complaint against the defendant, which is a New York corporation, with its principal place of business in the city of New York. The complainant is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling certain malt products.
