After Ben Bush pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit securities fraud, see 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b), 18 U.S.C. § 371, the district court sentenced him to 33 months imprisonment and ordered him to pay restitution in the amount of approximately $985,500 to the victims of his crime. Mr. Bush appeals his sentence, arguing that the district court miscalculated the amount of loss attributable to him in determining his offense level, erroneously increased his offense level pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 3B1.3, and ordered him to pay excessive restitution.
