Defendant is charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree (Penal Law § 240.30 [1] [b]). By affirmation and memorandum of law dated March 17, 2015, defendant moved for the dismissal of the charge on the ground that the accusatory instrument is facially insufficient and for other relief.
