Metal Exchange Corporation (Meta2 Exchange) and Continental Aluminum Corporation (Continental Aluminum) (collectively referred to as Metal Exchange) brought this action against J.W. Terrill (Terrill), alleging claims of negligence, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty regarding the procurement of insurance policies. Terrill filed a motion for summary judgment.
