H. B. Crouch died intestate on September 25, 1925, at his residence in the Parish of Concordia, leaving a widow and two minor children and an estate consisting of separate and community property and owing some debts.
J. L. Calhoun, a brother-in-law of decedent, who was closely associated with deceased and his family, with the knowledge and consent of the widow, Mrs. M. E.
