I. INTRODUCTION
This ruling addresses post-trial motions from a case tried to a jury from July 15 through August 9, 2002. Disputes arose under agreements entered into by the parties to develop and operate a $110 million manufacturing plant in the Town of Mont-ville. The Town undertook to supply the plant with water of a defined quality, necessary for the plant’s operation, and to treat the plant’s effluent through its municipal waste treatment system. From…
