Plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, was convicted in the district court of Okfuskee county of the crime of robbery with firearms, and his punishment fixed by the jury at imprisonment in the state penitentiary for 20 years.
This appeal presents but one question — the sufficiency of the information. The charging part of the information in substance reads: That defendant, together with his codefendants, made an unlawful, wrongful, and felonious assault in and upon A. E.
