Jeffrey Lynn Loveall (defendant) was convicted, following a jury trial, of receiv- mg stolen property. 1 § 570.080. 2 Defendant was charged as, found to be, and sentenced as a persistent offender. See § 558.016.3. This court affirms.

Defendant’s points on appeal include a claim that the evidence was insufficient to support the jury’s guilty verdict.
