i. tax sale: texCfeeiiriegai0 There are but three questions, substantially, made and relied upon by appellants’ counsel in his re-argument of this cause. The first is that the sale was made in part for a school tax which was never levied; and hence that portion of the tax was illegal, and the sale is vitiated thereby.
