This is an appeal prosecuted by the plaintiff from a decree entered in the circuit court of Cook county dismissing the second amended complaint filed by her, on motion of the defendants to strike the complaint. The suit was instituted on December 18, 1934. The complaint filed by the plaintiff was stricken by the court and leave was granted the plaintiff to file an amended complaint, which was thereafter filed.
