This was a suit in equity brought by Hugh P. McGlaugli-lin, Muscoe IT. Corbett, and William Skeen against David McGlauglilin, executor of the last will and testament of Hugh McGlauglilin, deceased, Elizabeth McGlauglilin, his widow, and others, grandchildren, devisees, and legatees *228of said Hugh McGlaughlin, deceased, in the Circuit Court of Pocahontas comity.
