Plaintiff-Appellant Joy Goncalves (“Goncalves”) appeals the district court’s award of summary judgment to her employer, the Plymouth County Sheriffs Department (“PCSD”), on her allegations of employment discrimination based on her gender, race, and national origin in violation of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 151B (“Chapter 151B”) and Title VII 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, and her age in violation of Chapter 151B and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”) 29 U.S.C. § 623.
