This appeal comes from Orangeburg County, involving a Decree of the Honorable M. M. Mann. This particular proceeding was begun September 13, 1944, on the Petition of Thelma R. Smith, Hazel C. Gue, and Charles A. Robinson, the Devisees of J. B. Robinson, filed against John D. Slater, Respondent, in the main case of Jessie C. Hughes, Plaintiff, v. John D. Slater et al., Defendants.
