Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Duskas, J.), entered April 18, 1986 in Clinton County, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul the determination of respondents finding petitioner guilty of violating various prison disciplinary rules.
