This cause comes before the Court on the complaint at law of Claimant, Irene S. Anson, against Respondent, State of Illinois, seeking compensation for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident that occurred on June 21, 1990. Claimant alleged that an agent and servant of Respondent negligently operated a motor vehicle owned by Respondent on the day in question.
