I. Introduction
Pending before the court are cross-motions for summary judgment filed by plain tiff Beverly A. Haisley (“Haisley” or “plaintiff’) and defendants Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. (“Sedgwick”), PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (“PNC”), and the PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., Long Term Disability Plan (the “Plan” and together with Sedgwick and PNC “defendants”).
