The bill of complaint filed herein by Ickes contains allegations in substance that the East Coast Development Company, a corporation, is, subject to certain trust deeds securing a bond issue and promissory notes, aggregating $50,000.00 and $150,000.00 respectively, the owner of described lands; that George C.
