Petitioner, Maria Guadalupe Miranda, a 29-year-old native and citizen of El Salvador, who entered the United States in 1992, petitions for judicial review of the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) finding her ineligible for asylum or withholding of deportation.
