The question calls for review of a judgment for damages for violation of certain regulations — General Maximum Price Regulation, Maximum Price Regulations 185, 207, 233, and 409 — based on Section 205(c) and (e) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, 50 U.S.C.A. Appendix, § 925 (c, e). The action was tried before a jury. A verdict was found in favor of the Administrator and against appellant in the amount of $7,194.16.
