This case comes before this court on appeal by Delaware County Community College (hereinafter referred to as “college”) from the dismissal of its exceptions to the final order of the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board (hereinafter referred to as “board”) and its certification of the composition of the faculty bargaining unit.
