OPINION

W. C. DAVIS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for unauthorized use of a vehicle. Sec. 31.07, V.T.C.A. Penal Code. The appellant pled guilty to the offense, and the jury assessed his punishment at four years confinement.

Briefly, the evidence adduced at trial on September 18, 1978, is as follows: Don Ha-gan testified that a 1978 Pontiac Trans Am was missing from his car lot; James Roberts, a night attendant at a gas station testified that at 2:40 a. m. on July 28,1978, a car drove into the station “at a great speed and made a U-turn and come (sic) around the outside pumps;…
