The plaintiff, Carol Taylor, filed her Motion for Judgment in the Norfolk Circuit Court on October 4,1993. She is the administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Daniel Taylor, and she resides in Norfolk, Virginia. Ms. Taylor alleges that as a result of the negligence and gross negligence of Dr. Quitiquit, the personnel of Greensville Memorial Hospital, and the personnel of Greensville Correctional Center, her husband suffered injuries that caused his death.
