This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Severius Raggie to vacate the order of dismissal entered in this bankruptcy case and to amend Schedule B and the Statement of Financial Affairs to list a negligence cause of action against CVP # 1, LLC., Avalon Bay Communities, Inc., Chrystie Venture Partners, LLC i/s/h/a Christie Venture Partners, LLC, Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Inc., and Chrystie Venture Partners, LLC (collectively, the “defendants”).
