TOMLIN, Judge.
The plaintiffs decedent, Donald Norman, a resident of Shelby County, was killed when he was thrown from a fishing boat that he was operating on the Tallahatchie River in the state of Mississippi. The boat, manufactured by the defendant, a Kentucky corporation, had been sold to a Memphis dealer some two years prior to the accident. The plaintiff, widow of the deceased, brought this suit based upon the doctrine of strict liability in tort.
