OPINION DENYING SECOND APPLICATION FOR POST-CONVICTION RELIEF AND EVIDENTIARY HEARING

LUMPKIN, Vice-Presiding Judge.

¶ 1 Petitioner Jimmie Ray Slaughter was convicted of two counts of First Degree Murder in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case Number CF-1992-82, and sentenced to death. 1 He appealed his conviction to this Court in Case No. F-1994-1312. We affirmed his convictions and sentences. Slaughter v. State, 1997 OK CR 78, 950 P.2d 839. Rehearing was denied on February 3, 1998.
