These matters came before the Court for trial on April 17, 2002. Plaintiffs/Debtors Duane and Nina Schellhorn and Twin River Farms, Inc. were represented by attorney Thomas McCuskey. Defendant Farmers Savings Bank was represented by attorney Gary Boveia. After hearing evidence and arguments of counsel, the Court took the matter under advisement.
