SHIELDS, Judge.

Defendant Teresa M. Cavazos (Teresa) appeals her conviction of disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor, 1.C. 85-45-1-3 (Burns Code Ed., Repl.1979). The sole issue on appeal is whether the evidence is sufficient to support the conviction.

*619We reverse.

The incident which gave rise to the charge against Teresa occurred in a tavern early in the morning of March 17, 1982. A police officer, Thomas Grider, entered the tavern where he became involved in a heated discussion with Rudy Cavazos, Teresa's brother.
