Hercules Trust Estate v. Gauzzi

On March 22d 1933, the Hercules Building and Loan Association entered into an agreement with the borough of Waldwick, a municipal corporation of New Jersey, whereby the association agreed to pay for the construction and intallation of a water main on Schuler avenue in said borough, to provide water service to seven houses owned by the association which were located on said avenue.
