This is an action to set aside an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Commission. Claimant Enesi Fuimaono was an employee of the American Samoa Government’s marine railway from 1967 until 1985, when the facility was transferred (whether by sale, lease, or otherwise does not appear in the record) to Southwest Marine. Fuimaono continued as an employee of Southwest Marine until November 20, 1987, when he was pronounced totally disabled by mesothelioma, a type of lung cancer caused by exposure to asbestos.
