Affirming.
Dennis Hanley died in 1907, testate. The eleventh and twelfth clauses of his will read:
“llth. After the payment of the bequests, above mentioned, after the death of my sister, Han orah Hanley, if my brother James Hanley survives my said sister Hanorah Hanley, I give to him one-fourth of the remainder of my estate and one-fourth of,my said estate to the children of my deceased brother Patrick Hanley, to be divided in equal shares among them and to the children of my deceased sister, Mary Slattery, one-fourth of my said estate to be divided equally…
