BLAIR, Judge.

Misdemeanor. In the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, the charge against the defendant, Ned Osborne, was that on the 27th day of October, 1964, he had fathered four children out of wedlock and that they were under the age of 16 years and he did “unlawfully, wilfully and without good cause * * * abandon said children, and from said above date, to this date, (December 2, 1964) and thence hitherto did unlawfully, wilfully and without good cause, fail, neglect and refuse to maintain and provide for said children.” The trial was before the court.
