OPINION

QUIST, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Donald Horton (“Horton”), has sued Defendant, Andrie, Inc. (“Andrie”), under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C.App. § 688, and general admiralty and maritime law seeking maintenance, cure, and wages as a result of injuries Horton sustained while working as a crew member aboard Andrie’s vessel, the Barge A-390 (the “Barge”), an unmanned tank barge.
