Affirming.

D. L. Gilliam died intestate, leaving surviving bim his widow, Mary Gilliam, and a large number of collateral kindred. In a suit brought by the administrator to settle the estate, his widow asserted a claim against it for Five- Hundred Dollars, with interest from January 1, 1893, alleging that her husband had received this amount of money that belonged to her, and converted- it to his own use; also a claim of $134.00 paid by her on account of his burial expenses and doctors’ bills.
