Defendant Ramon Bojorquez Salcido appeals from a judgment of the San Mateo County Superior Court imposing a sentence of death following his conviction of six counts of first degree murder (Pen. Code, § 187, subd. (a)), one count of second degree murder (Pen. Code, §§ 187, subd. (a), 189), and two counts of willful, deliberate, and premeditated attempted murder (Pen. Code, §§ 664, 187, subd.
