This case is an' original action in this court

brought for the purpose of contesting the result of an election ■called for the purpose of locating the permanent county seat of •Creek county, Okla: The temporary county seat of the said county was fixed by the Constitutional Convention at the city of. Sapulpa. On a petition duly filed an election was called and beld under the provisions of the Constitution and an act of the First Session of the state Legislature (Sess.
