Mrs. Wallace Coley, a resident of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, owned an 80-acre 'tract of land in Benton county, Arkansas. Appellee, Travis Hall, owned an adjoining tract: The Coley land was certified to the State for the nonpayment of the 1936 taxes, and on January 16, 1940, appellants, Raymond Blackburn and Beatrice Smith, obtained a tax deed, for the land, from the State.
