I. PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
This matter comes before the Court pursuant to a “Motion For Order Determining That Annuities Are Not An Asset of the Estate” (“Annuities Motion”) filed with the Court by Kimberly Ann Kent & Gregg Terry Kent, the Debtors herein, on December 12, 2007.
