Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed September 9, 1995, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because his employment was terminated due to misconduct.

Claimant was employed as a store manager at a Sesame Street retail store in New Jersey when he was instructed to concentrate his efforts on increasing the average amount expended by each customer from $15 to $20.
