Defendant, Paul E. Inman, appeals from the judgments of conviction entered upon jury verdicts of guilty of contributing to a hazardous substance incident and disposing of hazardous waste without a permit. We affirm.

According to the prosecution’s evidence, after an explosion at a salvage yard where defendant worked, defendant loaded three cylinders of liquid chlorine into his pickup truck. He and his then-girlfriend (ex-wife) drove to a public park, where defendant unloaded the cylinders and left them in a depression in the ground. One cylinder was labeled “chlorine,”…
