In an action, inter alia, for reformation of a note and mortgage, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Beisner, J.), dated May 9, 2001, which granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and denied her cross motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
