Batchelder & Lincoln Company v. Whitmore is an appeal from a decree of the District Court. Batch-elder & Lincoln Company, Petitioner, is a revisory petition with reference to the same subject-matter. As the only issue arises over the *357allowance of a claim proved against an estate in bankruptcy, we have no occasion to consider Batchelder & Lincoln Company, Petitioner.
