Ritz, Judge:
At the threshold we are met with a motion to dismiss the appeal herein upon two grounds: First, that the appellant did not deposit with the clerk within six months after the cause had been docketed a sum sufficient to pay for printing the record; and, Second, because more than one year and two months had elapsed from the date of the decree appealed from before the record in the case was filed with the clerk of this court.
