DARDEN, Chief Judge:

The issue in this case tests the existence of probable cause for a commanding officer’s order to search the appellant’s automobile.

A general court-martial composed of only a military judge convicted appellant Lidie of one specification of wrongful possession of marihuana and one specification of wrongful sale of hashish, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934.
