Appeal from an order of the County Court of Hamilton County, entered December 4, 1969, which adjourned a summary proceeding to recover possession of real property brought pursuant to article 7 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law. Amandus Watts died a resident of the Town of Long Lake, County of Hamilton, State of New York, on June 14, 1966.
