Fall and another, in which the Beaumont Timber Company intervened as defendant, with a cross-action by defendants and motion to dissolve a temporary injunction. This is an appeal from an order of the district court, dissolving a temporary injunction theretofore granted. The case comes to this court with an assignment of errors and brief by appellees. The transcript contains the pleadings on the case, and is accompanied by certain original and certified copies of deeds introduced on the hearing by the parties, sent up with the record by agreement. The order dissolving the injunction recites that the motion was heard upon the sworn petition and answer and the exhibits annexed thereto, including affidavits.
