Affirming.

Appellants, Tom Boyd and Hillard Jones, were jointly indicted and tried in the Fayette circuit _ court for the crime of robbery. They were each convicted and sentenced to confinement in the penitentiary for five years. *74In their joint motion for a new trial,ten reasons were assigned, five of which are argued here as grounds for a reversal of the judgment.
